As the KJESS Senior Associate, you will work closely with client service delivery teams to ensure compliance to internal policies and to protect firm confidential information.

Job Summary:

As the KJESS Senior Associate, you will work closely with client service delivery teams to ensure compliance to internal policies and to protect firm confidential information.   You will be accountable for providing a high level of customer service to our client engagement teams, guiding them through the third-party contracting process, facilitating the execution of NDA’s within predefined SLA’s and over time progressing to directly support contracting with third parties.  You will be a key point of contact and liaison between our customers, suppliers, and Office of General Counsel for every assigned agreement.
You are a hands-on self-starter who proactively communicates in a clear and concise manner across written and verbal mediums.  A strong sense of detail and driver of results is a must.  Ruthless prioritization skills with a drive to get tasks done during difficult situations is imperative for success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Delivery 
—Develop a mastery of the nuances in executing NDA’s with third parties  
—Quickly act upon business requests and engage in supplier negotiations to drive the usage of standard KPMG business templates
—Conduct weekly reviews with Manager and Team Leaders to review progress as well as outstanding problematic agreements
—Conduct timely root cause discussions and report on findings as well as remedial actions needed
—Escalate problems or bottlenecks immediately to JESS Manager, Stakeholders, or business partners and follow up often until the issues are resolved
—Collaborate with multiple teams across the Firm to accelerate the completion of processes outside of SSP control 
—Escalate issues that are impeding the progress of NDA execution 
—Identify continuous improvement opportunities that reduce cycle times without significantly increasing risk exposure for the firm

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

—Bachelor’s degree required 
—Minimum of three years of experience in a Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Contracting role

 

 

 

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
—Expected to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment
—Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate
