Procurement, Assistant Officer (TPR) (K-JESS)

As the KJESS Assistant Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the US Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operations team. This entails supporting the TPRM process end-to-end within the OneTrust platform.

Overview:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Client is setting up a new Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team at KJESS to support its Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations. The TPRM team will support KPMG to ensure all new and existing suppliers meets the TPRM standards throughout the supplier lifecycle. The TPRM team will be a key point of contact and liaison between KPMG’s internal stakeholders and suppliers for assigned agreements.


Team members within the delivery center work with the Client under a team extension model to support the Client’s procurement operations.


JOB SUMMARY: 

As the KJESS Assistant Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the US Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operations team. This entails supporting the TPRM  process end-to-end within the OneTrust platform. You will be required to ensure compliance to internal policies and all new and existing suppliers meet TPRM standards throughout the Supplier lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our stakeholders, guiding them through the third-party due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination processes in alignment with predefined SLA’s.  You may also be a point of contact for our internal business stakeholders and internal control groups.

You are a self-starter who communicates in a clear and concise manner across written and verbal mediums.  A strong sense of detail and driver of results is a must.  Relentless prioritization skills with a drive to get tasks done is imperative for success.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery 

—Assist with the determination of TPRM applicability in the TPRM Platform (OneTrust) based on a set of rules
—Assist in the completion of the Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), including with refreshes as appropriate.
—Ensure relevant information and contract data are exhibited in each supplier record.
—Ensure pre- and post- contract risks are documented and addressed timely.
—Assist TPRM managers and stakeholders in risk logging and issues management.
—Quickly act upon business requests and engage in discussions to address third-party related queries.
—Follow-up with multiple stakeholders across the Firm to accelerate the completion of TPRM-related requirements. 


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
—Associates degree required.
—Minimum six months of experience in a general risk, compliance, IT, legal role, preferably with Prior experience with Third Park Risk Management or eGRC systems

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
—Expected to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
—Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate.
