JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Officer will support an environment that is high volume and fast paced handling confidential information.  S/he will provide high-level administrative support by supporting the Talent Acquisition team members arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and interviews, conducting research as required, and handling information requests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Provide Time & Expense (T&E) support to Talent Acquisition leadership team

  • Create and maintain reports to communicate findings and insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TA Ops and Talent Acquisition) to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as main point of contact for various daily, weekly and monthly reports while acting as reporting back-up for Onshore & Offshore teams.
  •  Manage credit card reconciliation process each month
  • Process and code various invoices and route for approval as well as provide stakeholders updates
  • Manage Talent Acquisition team distribution lists and organizational charts
  • Assist with distribution of department wide communications
  • Maintain process and procedure documentation for Talent Acquisition
  • Provide PowerPoint presentation support for Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Supports Client’s operations by performing special project requests to improve service delivery

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration from an accredited college/university or any other related field.
  •  Professional certification (e.g. PHR, etc) a plus
  •  A minimum three years HR experience or equivalent.
