Restaurant Associates Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead their recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions
• Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process
• Manage job postings and attend career fairs to promote employer branding
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
