The Sales Stylist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging clients, promoting sales, and maintaining the highest standards of store merchandising and presentation. Duties include managing the 12-step sales process, scheduling consultations, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring timely client engagement. The role also involves maintaining a luxury retail environment through meticulous merchandising and housekeeping, aligning with the Ecliff Elie brand's guidelines. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute the 12-step sales process, including client interactions, consultations, and post-sale follow-ups.
2. Maintain store displays, ensuring all merchandise is wrinkle-free, lint-free, and presented to luxury standards.
3. Provide personalized assistance to customers for retail and custom orders.
4. Manage communication via calls, email, and WhatsApp, following scripted templates.
5. Keep the store neat, organized, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
