We seek a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our platform. Responsibilities include daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system. The ideal candidate understands Salesforce best practices and is passionate about process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
· Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
· Handle data imports, exports, deduplication, and data integrity across the platform
· Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process automations
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to gather requirements and implement solutions
· Support system upgrades, integrations, and third-party app installations
· Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing training and support to users
· Document system configuration, processes, and procedures
· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
· 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
· Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and security management
· Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Tableau CRM, or third-party apps
· Experience with Lightning Experience, page layouts, and AppExchange apps
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Flows
· Knowledge of CPQ, Pardot, or Service Cloud
· Experience working with APIs or data integrations
