Salesforce Developer

We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain customized solutions. You'll work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring the platform supports long-term growth and user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs

· Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, page layouts, triggers, validation rules, workflows, and flows

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party tools

· Collaborate with admins, architects, and business users to gather requirements and propose technical solutions

· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation

· Troubleshoot and debug issues across custom code and system integrations

· Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices

· Stay current on Salesforce updates and recommend platform improvement

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience

· Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

· Experience with Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and security settings

· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices

· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II preferred)

· Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, etc.)

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

· Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus
