Purpose of the Role

To support the achievement of sales and profitability targets by maintaining and enhancing H&L’s client experience standards through a trained and engaged front line team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Champion the customer experience activities within assigned branch,
• Lead and coach front line staff to ensure continuous quality customer interaction,
• Execute effective onboarding programs for new team members in collaboration with H&L HRD,
• Efficiently handle customer complaints to deliver an effective resolution,
• Ensure maintenance of merchandising standards (product availability, pricing, shelf cleanliness, etc.),
• Support the execution of branch marketing initiatives,
• Support stock count and cycle count activities.

Minimum Education & Experience

• ASc in Management Studies or Business Administration
• Experience in coaching, influencing and mentoring team members
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Train the Trainer certification or certification in training adults is an asset
