Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Staff Management: Maintain adherance to policies and procedures, Train, and develop staff members; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and performance improvement plans.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage bar inventory, make order recommendations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Financial Management: Monitor and maintain budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and Aloha POS systems would be a plus.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Professional Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
