Bartender (kingston & Montego Bay)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, ability to follow recipes and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Manage cash transactions and balance the cash register.
• Keep inventory of bar supplies and reorder as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).
