Reports To: Operations Manager / Director
Job Summary:
The Installations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of window and door installations. This includes supervising installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard, as well as liaising with clients, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. The person must be driven and experienced Installations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our on-site installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors on various job sites.
• Ensure all installations are completed to the client’s standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation inspections.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to installation crews.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring updates and feedback are managed professionally.
• Schedule and allocate installation jobs efficiently for maximum productivity.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of site activity, materials used, and progress updates.
• Monitor stock and installation materials, liaising with the production and logistics teams when necessary.
• Train new installation team members on proper procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in window and door installation (preferably supervisory level).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid Driving licence.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety procedures.
