The Group Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms for the portfolio companies within the Group.

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.
  • Ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and support sales and client service departments.
  • Oversee implementation, development, and delivery of digital strategies for brand growth and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create integrated campaigns for brand awareness.
  • Provide guidance and managerial oversight for the call centre team.
  • Oversee website development and performance through analytics and SEO.
  • Collaborate with Digital Agency for designs, landing pages, emails, and website updates and ensure that information is current and accurate.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and document social media and digital data metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Oversee creative direction for posts, video productions, and reels.
  • Provide input into CRM system implementation and implement branding support techniques.
  • Manage social media and digital platforms for consistent branding, engagement, and audience reach.
  • Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Digital Reports
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms eg hubspot, zendesk etc
  • Robust working knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
