Position Summary: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing growth initiatives, managing cold point assets (including chillers and Bag-in-Box machines), and collecting performance data for analysis to drive retail sales growth. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, and developing merchandising strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI). 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting growth teams by executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and objectives.
  • Collecting and analyzing performance data to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives. Preparing reports summarizing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Overseeing cold point assets (chillers and BIB machines), ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Implementing maintenance schedules and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
  • Monitoring the strategic deployment of cold point assets across sales locations. Assessing the impact of these assets on customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Evaluating the return on investment for cold point assets by analyzing financial data and sales performance. Preparing reports to highlight findings and optimize asset utilization.
  • Developing and implementing merchandising plans to enhance sales growth at retail locations. Ensure merchandising displays and sales materials align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives. Providing training and support to the sales team on the use and maintenance of cold point assets. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  •  Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
