Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation and supporting the sales pipeline through effective marketing campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to plan, execute, and analyze demand generation initiatives that align with the company’s overarching goals. The Lead will develop strategies to penetrate new channels while nurturing existing customer relationships to achieve sales and profitability targets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns across various marketing channels. Analyzing campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Working directly with Sales teams to identify new business opportunities and align efforts toward pipeline generation. Tracking lead generation and sales conversion metrics to refine approaches.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for penetrating new channels and expanding existing relationships. Coordinating with business development teams to pursue new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Down Trade Channel Managers and Business Development Officers to brainstorm and test growth hypotheses across customer segments. Designing and executing growth experiments, analyzing results, and refining strategies accordingly.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented distribution strategies. Providing regular reporting and feedback to senior management on performance outcomes.
  •  Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall demand generation objectives. Leading initiatives to integrate marketing and sales efforts for greater efficiency. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation.
  •  Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
  •  Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
