ACADO LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – INTERNATIONAL

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost effective and efficient Logistics services and driving supply chain activities to all our international export business partners.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manages international export shipments from outside the region in Canada, Europe, Far East and USA for ACADO Group export partners.
2. Prepares, verifies and processes accurate Sales Quotations, Purchase Orders and export documentation for international shipments.
3. Verification and approval of supplier Pro Informa Invoices, verification of supplier export documentation and ensuring all documents comply with the customs requirements in the destination country.
4. Coordinates delivery and loading of orders  from suppliers to freight forwarders outside the region.
5. Tracks delivery of containers and follows up with customers to ensure delivery of containers.
6. Verifies invoices from suppliers, third party consolidation warehouses, freight forwarders and other logistics partners prior to submitting to Finance for payment.
7. Follows through on all aspects of order processing – coordination of delivery from suppliers, warehouse transfers, credit approvals and system generated invoices and credits.

 Qualifications/Experience: 

• An Undergraduate Degree in Management or any related discipline.
• At least two (2) years’ experiences in Logistics/Shipping will be an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to navigate Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
