Workforce Analyst - Montego Bay
Teleperformance is seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and an emphasis on forecasting to join our Workforce Management team. If you are skilled in complex problem solving, critical thinking and decision making this position is for you!
In this role you will be responsible for generating schedules for call center representatives, monitoring and providing call workload balance, conducting daily analysis and providing reports as needed. You will also be required to build rapport and interact with Business Partners.
You must be able to complete shifts from 9pm-8am 4 days per week.
