Education and specific Training

Minimum: Secondary Education completed

Desired: Coursework in Human Resources Management or Information Systems

 

Work experience

Minimum: 1 year call center experience or other work experience and some technical experience

Desired: Experience in HRIS, Workday preferred 

Special Certifications

Lean Six Sigma, a plus

Job Description:

· Participates in business process change coordination amongst Team Leads within Workday

· Provides HCM data support for Human Resources staff, all associate end-users, as well as the parent

company, Teleperformance

· Initiates and develops the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving manual

functions by deploying automated solutions.

· Ensures business processes within Workday are working properly by auditing using schedule set

by SVP of HR

· Moves Approved/Tested Changes to Production

· Learn and participate in Workday Security Role Maintenance and Changes

· Manages Workday External Vendor Development Requests as Needed

· Learn and maintains Integrations – Schedule and Escalation process

· Learn and create ad hoc Report writing as needed within Workday

· Participates in changing and supporting Workday configurations

· Understands the functional areas of the product

· Learn and engage in the use of Workday configuration tools

· Learn and engage in the use of legacy HCM system to maintain data continuality
