Trinidad's Restaurant Cook Job Summary The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures.
The General Manager will work with all department managers and their teams to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Hotel are carried out efficiently to ensure guests' satisfaction which is of paramount importance.
The Housekeeper will provide cleaning services, to rooms and lobby area according to the Guest House standard.
The Cook of Production is mainly responsible for preparing meals in accordance with the client’s specification in the quantities required on a timely basis, following established food production programs and procedures, and safety standards.
The General Assistant of Facilities is mainly responsible for maintaining the building (industrial cleaning), grounds and equipment in a clean and sanitized condition.
