Tobago Distributor Manager

Tobago Distributor Manager is responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of products

S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of non-alcoholic beverages, in the Caribbean is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Tobago Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Look of Sucess on Trade
• Ensure adequate POP material are always on trade
• Conduct weekly trade visit and audits
• Prepare and submit marketing reports to management
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
• Liaise with distributors to execute consumer promotions
• Resolve distributors issues, inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate for outdoor signage and branding
• Ensure chiller compliance and minimum stock purchase are maintained
  
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales with atleast 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills- verbal and written
