To provide unparalleled technical service to Insepra customers. This includes quick troubleshooting and maintaining uptime of machines, creation and preservation of relationships with customers, and constantly observing market for opportunities and channelling these to business development personnel
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on Domino Machinery as directed by best practices and training.
2. Respond to customer call outs within specified time complaints and concerns within specified time period.
3. Accurately document and report all maintenance, repairs, and customer complaints with appropriate follow up.
4. Monitor and manage customer consumable usage, ordering, and stock volumes, prompting reorder or restock as necessary.
5. Build and maintain clear and transparent relationships with prospective, new, and current customers.
6. Observe and report possible further opportunities for sales or business.
7. Constantly retrain and keep updated with Domino training manuals and technical bulletins.
8. Coordinate customer training and retraining.
9. Perform site visit and produce relevant forms for machine build specifications.
10. Responsible for their own transport (must own a functioning vehicle).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Technician level education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Practical experience in food and beverage production environment would be an asset.
• Experience with Printing machinery and In-Line Machineries will be also an asset.
