We are seeking an experience and skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to join our organization.

JOB DUTIES
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies - Creating and executing effective recruitment plans to meet objectives, utilizing a range of sources, including job boards, social media and employee referrals.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent - Utilizing various recruitment tools and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high quality candidates, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Building and maintaining relationships - Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments - Evaluating candidate skills, experience using various interview techniques.
  • Managing the recruitment process - Coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient progress, from the initial application to the job offer.
  • Ensuring compliance and quality - Adhering to relevant laws, regulations and company policies, ensuring a fair, equitable and high-quality recruitment process.
  • Analyzing and reporting recruitment metrics - Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics.
  • Assisting in the preparation of work permit applications and renewals for all expatriates.
  • Preparing all employment contracts, contract extension letters, end of contract letters, new hire job letters and job offer letters.
  • Providing all departments with detailed reports of their staffing for current and forecasted occupancies.
  • Completing monthly HR recruitment and turnover KPI report.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
JOB PROFILE:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in role or similar position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management
