The Online Communications Manager will be responsible for managing online marketing strategies, data analysis, and communications to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement with customers.
Work with the Field Marketing Manager along with the Corporate team (Corporate Social Media Manager and Senior Consumer Marketing Manager) to develop impactful branded social media and guest engagement content.
Administer content for IPTV and digital signage, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
Develop content for all guest experience platforms and ensure brand consistency and upsell opportunities are maximized among all platforms – including social media, digital signage, in room TV, signage, welcome folders and the hotel apps.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews on various platforms (TripAdvisor, Marriott Verified Reviews, Expedia, Booking.com).
Manage social media accounts, including direct messages, to maintain optimal online presence and brand consistency.
Craft engaging in-property advertising, encompassing non-packaged income items and spa services.
Develop and administer paid social advertisements as needed to support marketing initiatives upon request.
Conduct website content audits and reviews to ensure a compelling online presence.
Coordinate and execute promotions or promotional packages in collaboration and coordination with the Field Marketing Manager.
Ensure all resort collateral materials adhere to brand standards to uphold high brand equity.
Support influencer and media stays in partnership with the Corporate Public Relations Manager.
Provide regular reports on social engagement and activity to gauge performance and inform strategy.
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing, Commercial Sales, and Public Relations teams on various projects as required.
Serve as a positive brand ambassador for the resort, embodying a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Plan, develop and execute a resort-specific social media calendar that highlights the unique features and create original content to share across social platforms, including video and photography.
Attend the daily operations management meetings to ensure communication between hotel and corporate marketing is consistent.
Prepare reports on activities performed as required.
