Job Summary:

Krishiv Jamaica Limited (KSV Gift and Souvenirs) is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Gift and Souvenir Shop. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and an eye for detail to maintain the store’s presentation and product selection.

•  Track daily sales, manage cash handling, and maintain financial records.
• Handle cash register and ensure accurate transactions, including returns and exchanges.

1. Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints or conflicts, ensuring positive resolutions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep, including adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management and merchandising.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for store presentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
