MARKETING & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
The sales and marketing representative will be responsible for the development and success of the Company’s sales strategies with the ultimate objective of maximizing sales across all revenue generating outlets to include bedroom, conference/meeting and events and food and beverages. The ideal candidate is proactive, results oriented and has a passion for hospitality and sales.
KEY FUNCTION & DUTIES
Proactively seek and secure new business through networking and direct sales calls
Build relationship with corporate clients and other key partners
Meet and exceed sales targets for occupancy and revenue
Ensure guest satisfaction
Draft and negotiate contracts for events, group bookings, corporate stays and partnerships
Prepare detailed proposales and presentations for potential clients
Analyze sales and marketing trends to identify opportunities for growth
JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCIES
Associate's degree in marketing or business administration or
Diploma in Marketing and/or Sales
At least (1) one year working experience in marketing and sales in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be detailed oriented and task driven
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent Negotiating skills
Stong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Good Oral and Written Communication
