Spa Manager

Efficiently organize the resources available at the SPA to achieve the objectives set by the Management. Respect and facilitate the exercise of the established policy as well as the processes established by the company.

Description of Responsibilities: 

• Analyze reports of daily reservations, treatments carried out, cost per day and treatment, activity and program, customer comments, supply requirements, the performance of Staff and specialists, creating action plans to maintain, correct, or improve said results.
• Coordinate and cooperate in operational processes with human resources, maintenance, laundry, shopping, store, public areas, food and beverage and other departments.
• Promote and maintain a dynamic and healthy work environment among all team members through fluid and transparent communication.
• Perform daily evaluations of the quality parameters of the services and treatments.
• Control the SPA team regarding the application of company procedures and policies, as well as their discipline.
• Maintain contact and communication with the different interest groups (product and service providers, SPA training, etc)
• Maintain in form the linen inventories as well as the operational equipment.
• Perform daily evaluations of the quality parameters of the services and treatments.
• Give immediate attention to the needs, requests and complaints of the center's clients through contact and personalized attention, keeping the client's health, safety and well-being a high priority
• Review and file the different reports issued in the area to establish corrective actions or suggestions.
• Supervise sales inventories at THE ROYAL SPA boutique. And lingerie inventories
• Participate, designing and developing internal and external promotion programs focusing in increasing the sales.

Other Tasks & Duties. 

• Perform his/her role in the daily briefing of the department, in order to stay informed and updated on the relevant points of the operation of the hotel and execute if necessary.
• Fulfill the orders and instructions of the immediate boss in the regular exercise of his managerial faculties.
• Ensures & comply with the standards of personal presentation and uniformity established by the management of the hotel in order to always project a professional and impeccable image.
• Promote compliance with the company´s Philosophy, Purpose, Values, Policies and Objectives among the different members of the department, to help fulfill the service promise made to the guest.
• Contribute to safeguard employee´s physical integrity as well as the properties by accomplishing Safety and Health rules and standards.
• Participate in the Blue Diamond Resorts ESG Program.
• Fulfill the instructions, tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior, complying with the service provided by the hotel.
