Entertainment Manager

The Entertainment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising a detailed weekly program of social and recreational activities for hotel guests, adapting to their preferences and external conditions.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor the development of a weekly detailed program of social and recreational activities for hotel guests, updating it constantly according to the preferences and profile of the guests, to the occupancy levels, to the weather conditions and to the creation of new activities, etc.
• Assign, coordinate tasks and establish objectives to its work team based on the program of activities, ensuring that they maintain an attitude of service and enthusiasm in the performance of their duties.
• Guide and assist guests during activities, ensure that they are carried out in the proper manner and
• without risks that endanger the physical integrity of the same or the hotel facilities.
• Disseminates advanced and continuous information to all the guests about the social and recreational activities of the day and the week, informing all those involved in the different departments of the Hotel.
• Create the annual budget of the department, determining the economic costs of each of the monthly scheduled events to be developed by the department.
• In conjunction with the purchasing area, negotiate the conditions and characteristics of the services ordered with the external service providers (shows, live musicians), evaluating the image and adherence to the requirements of products and services offered and ensuring that they are carried out in time and form, in order to maintain the levels of quality and service expected by the Guest and the hotel.
