Shift Supervisor

A chain of service stations is looking for observant, meticulous, and customer-focused Shift Supervisors to join their teams in Trelawny and Clarendon. If you have a passion for leadership, financial accuracy, and delivering exceptional service, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the station daily, ensuring all equipment is set up and operational.
• Record and monitor fuel volumes, perform dip tank readings, and manage stock levels.
• Supervise Pump Attendants and Cleaners, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash floats and facilitate cash deposits into the vault.
• Calculate total sales and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each shift.
• Address disciplinary issues and escalate terminable offenses to the Gas Station Manager.
• Promote customer loyalty programs, including managing rewards points and membership cards.
• Perform pump attendant duties when necessary and assist in cylinder sales management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or Management is an asset.
• At least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in the petroleum industry.
• Highly accurate and meticulous, with a strong focus on cash handling and financial scrutiny.
• Trustworthy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
