Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Performance Analyst to play a critical role in supporting sales strategies through insightful data analysis and sales intelligence.
The Senior Sales Performance Analyst will deliver accurate, relevant, and timely reports, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven sales decisions. This role involves collecting, interpreting, and analyzing sales data, creating models to identify trends, and working closely with internal teams to improve sales performance. Additionally, the Senior Sales Performance Analyst will provide business intelligence on market conditions, educate team members on data tools, and forecast sales opportunities to strengthen our organization’s market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Reporting and Analysis
o Generate periodic sales intelligence reports on all product offerings.
o Collect and analyze sales data to assess product performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
o Identify sales patterns and trends, sharing findings with the Sales Support Unit Manager.
o Anticipate and define data gaps, investigate root causes, and implement timely solutions.
o Forecast sales potential for products, identifying profitable opportunities over set periods.
o Provide insights on factors influencing sales trends and outcomes.
o Maintain daily updates of product status and target achievements for sales meetings and reports.
Data Management and Tool Development
o Establish streamlined frameworks and tools to ensure efficient data collection and regular reporting.
o Develop data models and visualizations to assess sales trends, processes, and performance.
o Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis on sales trends as needed.
Customer Service
o Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and courteously.
o Ensure all service requests are handled within agreed timelines to maintain high service standards.
