Assist with administrative and practice development matters pertaining to the KPMG Clients and Markets department.

KPMG in Jamaica is seeking to hire talented, highly motivated Senior Associate who can work with high profile clients within a structured client service process and a proven risk-management methodology.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the firm’s Corporate Citizenship efforts in conjunction with the Head of Markets and Head of Corporate Citizenship.
- Support the improvement in visibility of the firm’s brand in the market place through:
- Thought leadership dissemination
- Advertising and branding of agreed events and functions
- Use of print, electronic and social media channels
- Distribution of promotional items
- Promotion and effective governance of brand identity in keeping Global standards in all media (including paper and electronic media)
- Support the Markets Support team in creating reports for Functions / Sectors and Leadership
- Assist in the allocation of resource according to insight captured in the OPP and OSC. This may include allocation of a Champion
- Participate in the collation of close out data for presentation to Leadership, sectors and functions
- Assist in the development and preparation of the proposal including, credentials and CVs and adherence to the technical requirements of the RFP
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Technical
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing related with three years’ relevant experience.
Relevant Skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing related with three years’ relevant experience;
- A professional with a strong work ethic who thrives on challenges;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Event management credentials/experience;
- Detail oriented with strong organisational and proven project management;
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently;
- Knowledge of website development and management is a plus;
- Appreciation of B2B account management in professional services or similar industry;
- An ability to interact effectively with a wide range of professionals at every level of the organization;
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity application.
