Senior Accountant (6 to 10 years experience)

The BLEWSTREAM Ecosystem is seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 6 to 10 years experience in Accounting with Management Accounting experience.

Duties:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage accounting team and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management.

Requirements:

✔️ 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting, with 2+ year management accounting experience.
✔️ Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing financial processes 

✔️ Candidates with Big 4 or large accounting firm experience is ideal
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA or a related field of study
