General Accounting (2 to 5 years experience)

BLEWSTREAM is seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 2 to 5 years experience in General Accounting.

Duties:

• Perform general ledger accounting and prepare financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements:
✔️ 2 to 5 years of experience in general accounting.
✔️ Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing financial processes within ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or Oracle is ideal.
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA or CPA is an asset.
