Security Contracts Manager

The Security Contracts Manager operates within a 24/7/365 environment which requires the execution of duties daily inclusive of weekends, public holidays and on call to meet the operational needs of the business.

The successful candidate must have:

• Security Management Certification in Border Security (ICOA/IATA) and/or Maritime Security (IMO)
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Border Control Security at the management level
• Acute skill in organizational leadership and management
• Skill to be the lead administrator to deliver and manage security training programmes inclusive of refresher or mnadatory renewals
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with working in a standards driven environment with mandatory training and evaluation thresholds for employees
• Skill in critical thinking and analysis
• Expertise in driving a positive customer service environment.

The ideal candidate must be able to pass detailed background and criminal checks, and be able to secure the Bermuda Security Guard License required to execute their duties. Candidates with TSA and/or ASSI certifications and with military and/or national security experience, a univeristy degree and/or Military Service (Commission Level) would be advantageous.
