JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic, suitably qualified, and experienced individual to fill the position of Sales and Relationship Manager for our May Pen & Old Harbour location. This pivotal role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for business development and relationship management to enhance our customer relationships and drive growth within the branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our portfolio of products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, cross-selling JN Group products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase wallet share and customer satisfaction.
- Lead presentations and promotional activities to drive deposits, lending, mortgages, and foreign currency transactions.
- Identify market opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close sales to expand our portfolio.
- Effectively and efficiently execute initiatives conceptualized and driven by the Sales Management Unit.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Proactively meet with customers to assess their financial needs, providing tailored products and service recommendations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive specialized financial solutions from JN Bank experts.
- Drive the development and execution of sales plans, including business development initiatives, to meet assigned branch targets.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and remedial actions to ensure continuous high performance.
- Review customer and prospect profiles during interactions, updating records and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all sales activities.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of credit and mortgage underwriting, ensuring robust risk management practices.
- Convene and conduct regular sales meetings and huddles to communicate performance updates, new developments, and directives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction survey results and implement action plans to address concerns and improve service levels.
- Manage high-value client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize revenue potential.
- Utilize Salesforce for lead generation, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with the overall objectives of JN Bank.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of supervisory experience in financial services.
OR
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of supervisory experience in financial services.
- Training in Sales & Sales Management, Customer Service, and Relationship Management.
