Jamaica national is the premier Building Society in Jamaica with offices in the UK, Canada, USA and most recently Cayman. We have been in operation for 130 years with a Branch Network of over 22 in easy access island wide to our customers.

The Company has enjoyed phenomenal growth and primarily our competitive mortgage rates and the introduction of our wide range of creative mortgage loan products influenced this performance.

Being leaders requires us to respond quickly to customer needs, provide competitive financial solutions, excellent customer service and retail oriented.

In February 2001, Jamaica National worked together with our subsidiary company MC Systems and the international giant Microsoft to develop Emoney, an Internet based international money transfer software. It allows the transfer of funds between countries in an efficient, and affordable manner. The Phoenix Banking system was also implemented, which is the platform for “Any Branch Banking” this ensures online access to customers’ funds anytime anywhere in Jamaica.

Jamaica National takes an active part in the communities in which it operates at the branch and corporate levels, particularly in relation to the elderly and the young.
