Sales Support Manager position plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team in various non-customer-facing tasks, ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. The Sales Support Manager is the backbone of the sales operations, providing the necessary resources, information, and administrative support to enable the sales team to focus on closing deals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in the sales process to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing training on sales tools, processes, and best practices
• Ensuring the sales team has access to necessary resources such as sales materials, updated product information, and tools for effective communication
• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including helping with proposals, presentations, contracts and order processing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to customers.
• Ensure that customer complaints or concerns are addressed efficiently and escalated to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Ensure that sales collateral is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company branding.
• Coordinate with vendors or external stakeholders when necessary to ensure smooth sales operations
• Handle contracts and agreements with third-party service providers or product suppliers to support sales activities
• Monitor the use of sales resources and materials to avoid unnecessary expenditures.
• Handling and resolving issues or disruptions in service delivery promptly. • Handling of Vendor payment, processing of purchase orders
• Co-ordinate sales reimbursement of Gas allowance for Sales Team • Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and ensuring communication between Sales & Technical is seamless
• Provide administrative support to the office by managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring all executive and company information is handled with discretion.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Coordinate the logistics of IT product shipments and installation services with the technical teams
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or vendor management roles
