We are searching for an enthusiastic business development representative to join our team and
support business growth. You will need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into
qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent dealmaker who loves meeting with and talking
to people.

  Objectives:

• Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our products and solutions meet customer needs.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives on next steps.

Responsibilites:

• Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives/regional manager/presales.
• Generate qualified leads along commercial business, focused on end user business.
• Conducts deep market research to identify key potential business leads.
• Prospect potential and ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
• Utilizes sales tools to give detailed information to prospective clients, that is, conduct presentations on product portfolio, coordinate and execute events in market, and product evangelization.
• Maintain and continuously update the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads via CRM.
• Work within your specific geographical location to find new end user business opportunities.
• Record and report monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
