Sales Officer - Family Indemnity Plan

The Sales Officer is responsible for meeting sales and retention targets for the Family Indemnity Plan Portfolio. Additionally, the Sales Officer will provide administrative support to the Team Lead as needed.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard employer groups to the Family Plan
- Execute sales and marketing activities to drive Family Plan enrolments
- Contact Family Plan leads and convert them to enrolments
- Answer incoming Family Plan calls and conduct callbacks for all missed calls
- Respond to all Family Plan emails
- Handle customer queries or concerns, logging and escalating as necessary, to ensure speedy resolutions
- Keep accurate record of all caller and email interactions 8. Provide monthly status and performance reports
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma/associate degree in any business-related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Industry knowledge would be an asset. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- FSC registration is required for relevant products and services offered by the company.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Must own and drive a motor vehicle
