This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Negril. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and client needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and promote products/services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (typically 1-2 years).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools
