Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales coordination and administrative support, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including maintaining customer records, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Support the sales team in processing orders and tracking shipments.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems, ensuring all documentation is properly organized.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling correspondence.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in administrative and sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer data management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other platforms).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
