The Rental Sales Agents play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and in delighting our customers.  Key Responsibilities:

• Attending to customers appearing at the rental counter and arranging for the rental and return of vehicles in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Responding to all customer requests for assistance and handling customer complaints by listening, investigating the problem, and initiating corrective action.
• Fulfilling various office duties.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
