Key Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers appearing at the rental counter and arranging for the rental and return of vehicles in a courteous, efficient manner.
- Responding to all customer requests for assistance and handling customer complaints by listening, investigating the problem, and initiating corrective action.
- Fulfilling various office duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
