As a Real Estate Intern at Sygnus Capital Limited, you’ll dive into the dynamic world of Alternative Investments, Real Estate, and Project Finance. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge, make a real impact, and gain valuable practical experience.

Designed to build a strong foundation, this internship will prepare you for a successful career in Real Estate within the Alternative Investments sector.

You'll make an impact by:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing real estate projects by liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Participate in site visits and quality assurance checks to observe construction processes and document compliance with standards.
• Aid in project scoping, risk assessment, and drafting project proposals.
• Develop and manage project communication plans, including status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and support documentation.
• Solve real-world business challenges with innovative solutions.
• Engage with top construction professionals to learn industry practices and build connections.
• Collaborate on special projects to gain diverse experience.
