Core Functions:

• Identify, structure and value various assets including derivatives to be used as inputs in various structured products.
• Operational management of securitization transactions across esoteric Asset-Backed Securities/Mortgage-Backed Securities (ABS/MBS
• Generate revenues based on agreed targets through the design and pricing of structured investment products for distribution to NCBCM institutional and High Net Worth Clients.
• Manage the structuring process through closing including but not limited to conducting supporting research and analyses, the drafting and filing of regulatory documents, securing requisite approvals, attendance at client meetings, liaising with various entities including international brokers to ensure successful execution of transactions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in financial modelling, valuation and analysis.
