We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Montego Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in food safety and quality management to play a key role in maintaining high standards within our operations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify adherence to policies and procedures in quality-related manuals and take corrective action as necessary.
Investigate customer complaints and prepare reports for relevant personnel.
Conduct regular audits across company locations to ensure food safety principles are adhered to.
Act as coordinator for all quality auditing activities, including internal and external audits.
Administer and coordinate food safety training for staff, ensuring both initial and recurrent training is conducted regularly to maintain compliance with food safety standards.
