Position: Projects Officer (Plant/Sale)
Job Summary:
The Projects Officer (Plant/Sales) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that all the goals and objectives for various Orders are accomplished within the prescribed timelines and budget. Duties include liaising directly with customers and co-workers to support the projects team towards completion of orders and company targets, and reporting on project activities to management and other stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates the implementation of project plans/proposals as directed by the Project Manager and senior staff. This includes:
o Liaising with Customers regarding their orders and company deliverables;
o Attending meetings with stakeholders to obtain information on requirements;
o Identifying the work activities required for successful project completion;
o Ensuring adherence to schedules;
o Identifying and assessing risks and issues.
• Monitor project schedule to ensure timely completion of the project and milestones;
• Reports on changes to project scope, cost, schedule, and quality; ensures that all changes are documented and approved.
• Assist with developing costing, prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
• Responds to project risks and issues; recommends and implements solutions.
• Convenes meeting on project matters with project staff, contractors/consultants and other stakeholders.

• Performs related work as may be required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Education and Experience
• A diploma or Associate Degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in construction industry

• Ability to oversee multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Accounting software (Quickbooks).

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work and conduct site visits in diverse populations, in-office and in communities (Trinidad & Tobago).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with organizational standards.
• Must possess a valid Drivers Permit.
• Flexibility to work in-office and in the field as required by project needs.
