The Plant Controller is a key leader on the plant leadership team. Contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective action,
• Develop and maintain operational and financial controls,
• Prepare and manage annual budget and forecast
• Audit factory payroll
• Coordinate and review audit activities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Plant Controller Requirements and Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or ACCA.
• 5 years of experience in financial management preferred
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
• Knowledge of internal controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, inc.
