• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, drilling rigs and well intervention units.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse equipment performance data, implementing improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and support operations.
• Provide technical support for equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and procurement teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of maintenance engineering experience, ideally in oil and gas.
• Expertise in maintaining and optimizing heavy equipment (e.g., production and drilling rigs, compressors, pumps).
• Proven ability in developing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
• Experience in managing equipment shutdowns and large-scale repairs.
• Skilled in managing maintenance projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Competence in handling urgent maintenance situations in high-risk environments.
