As a Pharmacy Integration Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding pharmacy teams through onboarding, launch, and customer success with the Dolphin Discounts platform developed by Agostini’s Innovation Lab.

JOB SUMMARY 

As a Pharmacy Integration Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding pharmacy teams through onboarding, launch, and customer success with the Dolphin Discounts platform developed by Agostini’s Innovation Lab. Your role will focus on relationship management, setting up accounts, and ensuring that pharmacies maximize the benefits of our platform. You will engage directly with pharmacies owners and managers to support the integration of Dolphin into their pharmacy’s workflow, and with other discount program stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of the platform. 

The candidate must be open-minded, have excellent interpersonal skills, be curious about discovering new trends within the healthcare industry, and have a strong inclination for client services. Lastly, the candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, self-leadership and collaboration in a cross-functional environment. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES 

  1. Onboarding & Training
    • Onboard and train pharmacies on the benefits, features and utility of the Dolphin platform to ensuring smooth adoption and usage. 
  1. Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with pharmacies, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored support.
    • Work closely with pharmaceutical suppliers to ensure seamless integration and partnership success. 
  1. Customer Support
    • Support pharmacies and their clients throughout their healthcare journey, offering guidance and solutions to improve their experience. 
  1. Feedback & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Innovation Lab to provide feedback and insights on the platform, contributing to ongoing improvements. 
  1. Industry Awareness
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to provide informed support and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 

Degree or certification in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare administration or healthcare technology. 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or a client-focused healthcare technology role. 

Additionally, prior or current experience with the following will be considered an asset:

  • Relationship management or customer support in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Onboarding or training healthcare professionals on digital platforms.
  • A deep understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape and engagement with patient support programs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency at using technology and tools available to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a healthcare setting.
