Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and warehouse department, assist with complaints, orders, billing, cancelations and other queries; and helps resolve problems. Effectively conduct and perform accurate cash/accounting transactions while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Customer Service Representative duties:
- Greet Customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service; suggest information about products and services.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale and process payments for orders.
- Sell products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive and send emails from customers.
- Follow up with customers on prices and orders received.
- Attend to customers on the counter and over the phone.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that the goods are in stock before billing customers.
- Prepare quotations for customers on an accounting software.
- Any other related duties required by your supervisor and manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five (5) CSEC/ O’Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
- Computer Literate
- An Electrical Qualification and/or Experience will be an asset.
- Experience on the ODOO software will be an asset.
- Electrical product knowledge will be an asset.
