Operative Technician

Guarantee effective and efficient operation, execute general maintenance of production equipment while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Operate Machine based on SOPs established by OEM/Organization, execute and propose improvements related to the maintenance plans for cleaning, lubrication, tightening and inspection for the equipment to comply with all processes related to operating area assigned.

Manage and confirm execution of all maintenance tasks assigned under their responsibility keeping adherence to the 5S program and interacts to meet the allotted execution time and quality of each job trough the company’s defined platforms. 

Report all anomalies observed that might affect performance, quality, or safety such as unsafe behaviour and hazardous conditions through the company’s defined platforms so that scheduled goals are met.

Maintain accuracy on all information reported in terms of production, maintenance, quality, safety, and environment to fulfil all policies established by the company.

Ensure strict compliance with operating procedures to avoid nonconforming products and to ensure the achievement of production targets and an adherence to all food safety policies that govern the operation.
